Arrival: We are a very secluded property with endless privacy. The property can be accessed with all size of vehicles, but we do recommend AWD and 4WD vehicles in the winter just in case of severe snow
Hiking: We offer 4 short trails around our 16 acre property. We keep the trails mowed and well maintained.
Bedrooms: We offer 2 queen bedrooms on the main level with 2 full bathrooms in close proximity. Upstairs you'll have access to 3 queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, and a full bathroom. Downstairs you will have access to 2 queen bedrooms, a bunk bed room, and a full bathroom.
Cooking: You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Duel Keurig for K-cups and ground coffee
Towels: 25 luxury white towels and washcloths provided. Please feel free to bring extras for the hot tub
Firewood: Please bring your own or purchase at any nearby store or gas station
Grill: Traeger Pellet grill with space for all the meats and veggies. We provide the fuel as well

This was a great cabin for our big friend group weekend getaway! Loved the privacy of the property and it was still close enough to the hocking hills state park areas.

The house is comfortable… and plenty of space for a big group. We had a staff retreat with 9 adults and everyone had their own room which is rare to find that many bedrooms at this price point. And it’s very close to Hocking Hills… We would stay here again if back in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place with our group of nine. The house was very clean and fit our group nicely. The driveway was difficult to drive up (very steep, pitted), and the house could have used some deep cleaning/general maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made some great memories.

My family had an amazing stay at this location. Beautiful home with tons to do. The hosts were responsive and checked in regularly with plenty of ideas to do in the area. Very comfortable beds/furniture. Will be coming back for sure!
