Arrival: We are a very secluded property with endless privacy. The property can be accessed with all size of vehicles, but we do recommend AWD and 4WD vehicles in the winter just in case of severe snow
Hiking: We offer 4 short trails around our 16 acre property. We keep the trails mowed and well maintained.
Bedrooms: We offer 2 queen bedrooms on the main level with 2 full bathrooms in close proximity. Upstairs you'll have access to 3 queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, and a full bathroom. Downstairs you will have access to 2 queen bedrooms, a bunk bed room, and a full bathroom.
Cooking: You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Duel Keurig for K-cups and ground coffee
Towels: 25 luxury white towels and washcloths provided. Please feel free to bring extras for the hot tub
Firewood: Please bring your own or purchase at any nearby store or gas station
Grill: Traeger Pellet grill with space for all the meats and veggies. We provide the fuel as well

We stayed for a long weekend with our bridal party for my fiance and I’s joint bachelor/bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house was amazing, we loved the game room and hot tub. The beds are also all very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Truly loved our stay, my fiance and I held our Joint bachelorette /bachelor party with our bridal party. Very spacious, great hosting/small private party layout accommodated everyone nicely and the theater room was a great amenity for us.

This was our family's favorite vacation home yet! It was beautiful, so private and peaceful, CLEAN, and close enough to all that Hocking Hills has to offer! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, the home theater and downstairs games were fun for everyone! The hot tub was relaxing, and I already miss drinking my coffee while listening to the birds on the front porch. The house fit our family of 12 comfortably, and could have fit more! It was hard to leave, and we are already talking about going back next summer. Ryan was a top notch host, answering our questions within an hour every time we messaged him. It was well worth every penny!
