4 questionsMost properties are a 10 to 25 minute drive from Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle's Hollow, Rock House, and Cantwell Cliffs. Lake Logan Road cabins are within walking distance of Lake Logan and the Buckeye Trail, and several properties have private hiking trails on-site.
Most cabins are reachable in a standard vehicle in good weather, but some sit on hilly gravel driveways. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter or after heavy rain, especially for hilltop properties. Each listing includes specific driveway notes.
Yes. Privacy is core to what we offer. Most cabins sit on 5 to 30 private wooded acres. Each listing is upfront about privacy level, road proximity, and neighbor visibility — no surprises.

Every cabin has high-speed WiFi. Some remote properties use Starlink satellite for reliable connection. Speeds are fine for streaming and general use, though we suggest treating this as a true disconnect trip rather than a remote-work setup.
Yes — beds come with fresh linens and we provide bath, hand, and washcloths. Hot tub and pool towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
Yes. Every kitchen includes a full stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and serving ware. We stock coffee, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags. Bring your own spices, oils, and condiments if you plan to cook.
Hot Tub, Sauna & Pool
4 questionsYes — every single cabin and lodge has a private hot tub, cleaned and chemically treated between every guest stay. Hot tubs are heated and ready at check-in.
Lake View and Lazy Bear both have private outdoor barrel saunas, with usage instructions provided in the cabin welcome guide.
Maysville Big Lodge has an igloo-style indoor heated pool — open-air in summer and enclosed for year-round swimming in cooler months. A favorite for families and large groups.
Absolutely — winter is one of the best times. Hot tubbing under snowfall is a guest favorite. Fire pits are usable year-round, and firewood is provided at most properties.
Pets
3 questionsMany of our cabins are pet-friendly — we're a pet-friendly brand at heart. Look for "Pets Allowed" in the listing. Dogs love the big yards and private acreage. Contact us if you need help finding the right fit.
There may be an added pet fee depending on the property and platform, which covers extra cleaning. Check your listing or contact us for the specific amount.
Please keep pets off furniture, don't leave them unattended in the cabin, and clean up inside and out. Bring your own pet bedding and bowls. Most properties are not fenced but sit on 5–30 private acres — plenty of room to roam.

Yes. Our larger lodges are popular for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private celebrations. Attendance is limited to registered guests only — open-invite parties are not permitted.
Absolutely. Our biggest lodges are built for group time — separate bedroom areas, multiple floors, and entertainment across game rooms, theater rooms, pools, ponds, and trails so everyone can gather or have space to unwind.
We welcome celebrations and gatherings, but open-invite or unregistered-guest events are not allowed. All guests must be on the booking. Noise expectations are outlined in each property's house rules.

Our cabins are built for it. Across the portfolio: indoor game rooms, karaoke, theater rooms, arcade games, board games, an indoor igloo pool, barrel saunas, hot tubs (great in the rain), and full kitchens for a cook-in day. Guests regularly say they never needed to leave.
Most cabins are 5 to 15 minutes from a grocery store in Logan or a nearby town. We recommend stocking up on the way in — you won't want to leave once you've settled.
Seasonal & Weather
2 questionsLocal roads are plowed, but private gravel driveways can accumulate snow and ice. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter, especially for hilltop cabins. We work to keep driveways accessible.
